Coconut White Chocolate Cookies

An easy sugar cookie with added love. Enjoy with a nice cup of coffee and good friends.

The recipe makes about 12 to 14 cookies depending on the size you decide on. I add a chocolate covered coconut almond right when it comes out of the oven for that added visual appeal.

These wont last long so you may want to double the recipe if you have to share. Oops, I meant want to share with others.

Coconut White Chocolate Cookies
Recipe
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
1 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cups White Sugar
Cream together.
4 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla
Beat into sugar butter mixture.
Add:
2 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Stir.
Add:
1 Cup toasted Coconut
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Scoop into desired size. We use a 2 ounce scoop. Place on greased cookie sheet or silicone sheet on pan about 3 inches apart. Probably about 6 per cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy.
