How To cook egwusi soup

The egusi soup is a popular soup in eastern Nigeria, west Africa.
It is naturally prepared from melon seeds with some other natural ingredients that makes it enjoyable, but first let's see how to prepare it.
NEEDED INGREDIENTS
Melon seeds.
Stock fish.
Crayfish.
Bitter leaves.
Meat.
Palm oil.
Stock seasoning cubes.
1 tablespoon of pepper
SIMPLE PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING EGUSI SOUP:
Cut beef into small pieces,then add sliced or ground onions.pour a cup of water into a pot and boil until it is very hot.please remember to keep it apart.
Mix the ground melon seeds together with little water,Keep apart. Mix another onion with pepper seperately.
Fry the egusi with Palm oil.
Continue to turn it for 3 minutes. Add mixtures and stir well. Then ground a Crayfish and add it then the stock fish.
Pour a sufficient amount of water and wait for six minutes.Turn the soup and wait for two minutes.
Add the bitter leaves. Add it while the soup is boiling and stir. Allow it to boil for 7 minutes in order for the birthday leaves to soften.
