Ice cream coffee Simply Recipes

Material :

Fresh milk 1 L
Sugar 200 g
Chicken egg yolk 4 grains, shake.
Cornstarch 15 g
Vanilla tbsp
Espresso 3 tbsp
How to make :

Pour fresh milk and sugar into the pan, then cook to boil while continuing to stir.
Combine ground coffee with 1 tbsp of hot water. Mix well.
Take 1 tbsp of milk, mix with cornstarch, stirring until dissolved
After the mixture has been perfectly mixed, pour the cornstarch and coffee into the first milk stew, stirring evenly.
Then add vanilla, mix well.
Strain the milk using a thin cloth into another container.
After the milk is perfectly filtered, pour the egg yolk into it, stirring well. Enter the egg yolk slowly.
