Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp melted Butter
  • 1 cup raw Cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Directions

  1. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Pepper, Egg, Milk, and Butter together to make a batter
  2. Then add the Cauliflower, Cheese, and Onion
  3. Refrigerate for an hour or so to make frying easier (you don't have to though)
  4. Drop spoon fulls of the mix into hot oil and deep fry until crispy
  5. Season with a little more salt, serve with ranch
