Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp melted Butter
- 1 cup raw Cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
Directions
- Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Pepper, Egg, Milk, and Butter together to make a batter
- Then add the Cauliflower, Cheese, and Onion
- Refrigerate for an hour or so to make frying easier (you don't have to though)
- Drop spoon fulls of the mix into hot oil and deep fry until crispy
- Season with a little more salt, serve with ranch
