fish with red pepper ( aceh: eungkot teusambai)

hi all ... today I will share recipes, simple but very tasty indeed. let's start cooking:

Ingredients:

  • 12 red pepper, 3 onions, 1 garlic, and tomatoes.
  • fish
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

How to cook:

  • fish fry until lightly browned

  • puree seasoning on top

  • prepare a pan and pour 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  • insert subtle flavor

  • add the water

  • if it is boiling, add salt and sugar and mix well

  • if it is ripe, enter the fish that are deep fried and stir

  • fish with red pepper ready to be eaten.
