Let's begin Gastronomy is the relationship of the human being with his food or his environment, whether common food or typical dishes of his region or locality! Ok, I gave you my little concept of gastronomy and here we will talk about the Venezuelan .. Our typical dishes and other dishes that we have gradually created a few years. Meals are varied. The main dish is the arepa. To talk about the arepa, is to talk about Venezuela ... Part of our culture and the table of every day, is a national expression, in any city of Venezuela can be found. It is the result of a corn dough made of cooked and ground corn, the arepa is loyal companion of the Venezuelan and our main breakfast.
