Here in the UK we still appear to be some what stuck in what I would describe as a prolonged winter season unfortunately.
Despite the grey skies and relatively cooler temperatures are not going to get in away of enjoying BBQ food indoors!
The Veggie Burger patties were marinaded this morning in a special blend of hot sauce, ketchup and a drizzle of imported Maple Syrup, courtesy of one of our Canadian friends.
The leafy salad included cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, croutons, olives and with a splash of Chia Seed oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
Not quite BBQ season here in the UK, but that is no reason not to enjoy BBQ food...at least indoors!
