I was prepping our meal tonight and i thought 'why not share it on steemit?' So this is de recipe for the quiche:
You need: shortcrust pastry (i bought it already made), ham 200 gr, 2-3 small onions, chives, some grated cheese, 4 eggs, 150 ml coffee cream or cooking cream, salt and pepper.
Put the pastry in a baking mold with the ham, sliced onions and chives.
Put some grated cheese on it.
Then mix the eggs and cream with some pepper and salt. And pour it into the baking molt.
Put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. And this is the result!
