Autumn delicacy - roasted chestnuts

Autumn has come with the richness of its colors and its fruits. My favorite autumn fruits are roasted chestnuts.
Here's a simple way to get a deliciously roasted chestnuts at home when you have a little more time.

First, while watching a movie or TV show, I take a bowl of chestnuts and slowly with little knife I peel them from their shell. This is the longest part and it is not necessary, you can just cut a little bit each chestnut shell. But when I have time, I like to clean them all because it's easier to eat them.

Then put the chestnuts in a pot with boiling water and a little salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Strain them and spread in a baking pan with the baking paper and put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

After baking, it is enough to cool them a little and the crust that remains on them is crunchy and easy to remove.

Enjoy!
