chocolate cake

Material:
3 eggs
100gr flour
25gr chocolate powder (which is nice)
1 sachet white coffee
150gr sugar
150ml oil
100gr melted chocolate
1/2 tsp emulsifier
1/2 tsp salt

Way:

  1. Mix the oil and melted chocolate, mix well, set aside

  2. Beat sugar, emulsifier, salt, high speed egg. Kurleb 10 minutes.
    Till stiff and fluffy.
    Turn off the mikser

  3. Put the flour, mix well (with spatula)

  4. Put the mixture of melted oil and chocolate. Stir well with the spatula

  5. Prepare a 20x10cm sized dish.
    Alloy baking paper.
    Pour half the dough.
    Steamed over medium heat
    (The steam was preheated)

Steam for 10 minutes.
Then pour the remaining dough over the steamed dough.
Continue steaming until cooked.
Do not forget the stab test.

I use the all on one method.
But for beginners, I suggest following step step which I have written above.
