Misro typical Sundanese Food

Combro and misro are foods that can not be separated. If previously there combro, then at this point there are misro which also includes Sundanese food.

Misro is also the same as combro where the main raw material is grated cassava used to wrap the stuffing.

If the coconut grated combro is used to wrap the oncom, then the grated misro grated coconut is used to wrap the brown sugar.

Another difference between combro and misro is from its shape.

If misro is usually formed elongated, if misro is made flat round. To note, the name misro itself is an abbreviation of fishy in jero which means sweet inside. Misro is best eaten warm when the brown sugar is still liquid.

These foods are usually eaten together with combro. Misro will be eaten to remove the spicy flavor caused by combro.
