Material :
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 7 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk (dissolve in a glass of 1/4 water)
- 7 tbsp cooking oil
Step by step:
- Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy and foaming for about 5 minutes
- Put the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 2 sachets skm, shake again about 5 minutes
- Add 7 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Prepare the steamer, put the dough on a pan that has been smeared cooking oil / butter
- Do not forget, if steaming the lid of the pot given a clean cloth. so that the water steamer does not drip on the cake batter
