Mini pastry cheesecake in 5 minutes

cottage cheese (cheese curd) 300 g
cookies 5-6 pcs.
sugar 6 tablespoons
sour cream 2 tbsp.
Butter 2 tablespoons butter
eggs 1 pc.
vanilla (sugar) to taste

Grind the cookies to the state of crumbs, mix with butter, shift into a mold, tamp off, prepare the basis for a mini cheesecake one minute in microwave at 700 watts.

Stir the cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla into a homogeneous mass with a blender.

Fill half the mold with the base filling, put in microwave for 2 minutes with a power of 700 watts, repeat again, but cook a minute (do not change the power).

Get the cheesecake, allow to cool, remove at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
