Chocolate Cake with Nutella Filling !!!

Hello to all my dear steemit community, today i bring a recipe that i made yesterday for my sister's birthday!
This cake it's delicious, i decorated with some chocolate cookies and sparkle but you cand do it your way.
This cake is marbled, that is to say, a part of vanilla and another part of chocolate. This time I made two cakes to place one on top of another, but the amount of the ingredients I put is for a single cake, that is, if they want to make two as I did, they must make one cake first and then the other, and finally place the stuffed in the middle of both to be able to decorate them.
Well, no more words, here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 gr
  • Sugar 200 gr
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate 2 Pack for desserts
  • Butter 50 gr
  • Eggs 6
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 100 gr
  • Water 125 cc
  • Nutella to taste
  • Vanilla 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

The first step was to separate the eggs, in egg yolks and egg whites. Then whisk the snow whites preferably with a pinch of salt and half of the sugar to the point of snow. Reserve.
Apart mix the yolks of the eggs with the rest of the sugar, water, vanilla, baking powder and flour. Everything must be very well integrated and without lumps.
Then, we combine this preparation with the clear beaten but beating by hand and in an enveloping way.
Once this all mixed, leave a little of this apart to mix with the dessert chocolate (150 gr previously melted with 50 g of butter).
In a prepared, floured and greased mold, about 25 centimeters pour the vanilla mixture and on top of this pour the part that has chocolate, we can leave it like this or move it with a knife slightly to give it more marbling appearance.
Bake the cake for 30-45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
If you prepare two as I did, you must let rest to continue the process.
For the filling, pour a mixture of nutella to the taste diluted with a little milk to make it lighter, so that the cake absorbs it.
Then we put the other cake on top and decorate already covered with dense chocolate ganache, and add little cookies, cookies or anything to our liking and according to our creativity.
For the chocolate ganache, heat the 80g of milk without letting it boil and add a whole chocolate bar for desserts, preferably dark. The chocolate melts little by little and while doing this we must move this preparation vigorously, when this melted let stand at room temperature 10 minutes, mix again and let stand but this time in the refrigerator 10 minutes more. Once this time has elapsed, we remove from the fridge, move again and this list, we can spread it with a pastry spatula or pour into a sleeve and cover it.
