Louna's easy recipes! Brioche Stuffed with Meat and Vegetables

Today i will present for you my easiest way to make a delicious brioche stuffed with meat and vegetables.

About the dough for this recipe I used my favorite recipe that I use to prepare pizza dough here's my personal easy homemade pizza dough recipe.Enjoy!

Filling ingredients :

  • 200g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 big onion cut into small cubes
  • 1 spoon. sweet pepper (or strong according to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. dried coriander (or fresh)
  • pinch of cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg

##Method

  1. Heat the oven at 180 °
  2. Heat the oil, add the onions and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add grated carrots, and continue to brown for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pepper,minced meat and the other ingredients, cook while mixing constantly.
  5. Once cooked, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  6. When the Brioche dough has risen, cut it into small balls.
  7. flatten each ball on a work surface sprinkled with fine semolina, put a tablespoon of stuffing and enclose the ball.
  8. Reform a ball and start the operation again with the other balls of pasta.
  9. Flatten the stuffed balls and put it on oven dish
  10. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with seeds of your choice for me I chose sesame. Bake 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
