Foodie in Vietnam #06: Mushroom clam porridge

I just had a great night meal with mushroom clam porridge and nothing can stop me from sharing it with you.
So proud, I cooked a great dish haha: D


What's in my dish:

Fresh clams: Wash and soak them in chili water. Clams will release all the sand that is in them. I bet you do not want to eat sand: D
Mushrooms: Their fragrance makes the dish perfect
Carrots: A bit of vegetables not only make eye-catching dishes but also very nutritious


My tip:

  1. I boil the clam before cooking and divide it into 2 parts: boiling water used to cook porridge, sauteed clam meat with dried onion before adding to make the food better
  2. Chop the ingredients: mushrooms, carrots. Be sure to add the pepper when stir fry the clams.
