Mouth watering Sweet and sour sauce for meat balls

  • 1 cup chopped green pepper ( I only had red on hand)
  • 1, 398ml can pineapple chunks in juice (including the juice)
    ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup no salt added beef broth
  • 4 Tbls white vinegar
  • 4 Tbls Worcestershire sauce

-Combine all ingredients and pour over your homemade or store bought meatballs in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for one hour uncovered.
Serve over rice.
