Raclette-style pie

Ingredients:

1 broken dough
250 g ricotta
50 g of cottage cheese
1 egg
3 tablespoons old mustard
100 g of bacon matches
2 pinches of grated Gruyère cheese
8 slices of raclette cheese

Preparation:
