Cutlets Recipe (Tuna balls and Sri Lankan Potatoes)

Ingredients:

2 potatoes
1 red onion
1 green pepper
1 can of medium tuna
Coriander leaf
3 eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Frying oil

Preparation:

Step 1
Boil the potatoes and cold in water for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Mash the potatoes well.

Step 3
Chop the peppers, onion and coriander leaves.

Step 4
Mix the potatoes, onions, cilantro, red pepper and tuna and break an egg into the mixture.

Step 5
Stir and prepare the gnocchi.

Step 6
Beat two eggs in a bowl, dip the meatballs and roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 7
Fry the meatballs in boiling oil.

Step 8
Remove them when golden.

Note:

Match the escalope with a salad or white rice
