I would like to share our homemade chilli oil garlic sauce. We use this in our small eatery, and also available in a jar!
Hot chilli oil garlic sauce will add flavour to your regular meat and seafood dishes. This is very easy to cook, you only need 3 ingredients. Now let's start!
Ingredients:
Chilli pepper
Garlic
Oil
Instruction:
1.Rinse, clean and remove stems of the chiles. Blot dry with paper towel. And peel also the cloves of garlic.
2.In a blender, blend garlic and after that the red chilli pepper also.
3.In medium sauce pan, heat oil then add garlic. Fry the garlic enough so that they become crispy, but not burnt.
4.Add the red chilli pepper and wait until 1hr.
(1hr for 1kilo chilli pepper, 2hours for 2kilos)
That's all! This is our chilli oil garlic sauce. That is for 80 pesos per jar!
Hot sauce in hot weather ! Who is complaining anyway. (Hahahaha!!)
