Another created cook by your Rider chef. The Lechon Kare-Kare. When you say "Lechon"or Roasted Pig is the famous food in the Philippines when there is ocassions like weddings, fiesta, etc. And this is a traditional food of the Filipinos and the word "kare-kare" is origin from Pampanga in luzon. The kare-kare is a sauce that they have a rice flour and peanut butter and also atsuete oil that mix it to the sauce with the toppings of native pechay, eggplant, string beans, banana heart, and the last is a shrimp paste.

The originality of these kare-kare is a pork pata or pork with bones but i try to twist it into a lechon. It's delicious meal for the dinner. You try it also in your home..
