CHOCOLATE AND GOJI BERRY CRACKLES

Your kids will love you for this energy-packed sweet treat.
INGREDIENTS
4 cups of whole grain puffed rice
2/3 cup of coconut oil – melted
1/3 cup of Dutch cocoa powder
1/3 cup of rice malt syrup
½ cup of desiccated coconut
¼ cup of dried goji berries
METHOD
In a bowl, combine oil and cocoa.
Add syrup and whisk well.
Add coconut, berries and puffed rice.
Mix well to coat all ingredients.
Spoon into patty pans and chill in the fridge till set.
Surprise them in their lunch boxes!!
