I have tried thus unlimited chicken wings for a couple of times now and it was an addicting experience. Chicken is my favorite and I've been a total pig before. I can eat a lot of it with different flavors.
You should try this one too. The name of the restaurant is Burrow and in Cebu it has two different branches. One in Parkmall and the other in Island Central Mall.
This unlimited chicken buffet for only P199.00 ($4.00) and if you add drinks, just add 40 pesos on it. I think you need to try this :)
