1 cup Milk
1/2 Lime

Pounding
1 tsp Black Pepper + 2-3 Coriander roots + 3-4 cloves Garlic
2-3 Shallots
1 tbsp Ginger

Deep Fry Shallot
1 cup Vegetable Oil
10-15 Shallots

500-600g Chicken Breast, Thig (or any part of the chicken)
2 cups Rice70 g Butter
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Coriander
2 cups Chicken stock

Sauce
5-10 Chilies
1 tbsp Tamarind paste
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Palm sugar
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Coriander
1/3 cup water
pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
