Chicken Adobo: Delicious Philippine favorite dish

Aloha!

Welcome to a very simple and quick delicious recipe in the Philippines. It's so simple to make and can be done within twenty minutes. Let me first say that I'm Asian but not a Philippino but have many friends who are. I am, however, an Asian with the love of Asian cooking/foods. And an apology for the finish product of chicken adobo and rice. I was too hungry to take pictures. Lets' begin:

  1. Slice and dice some garlic and an onion.

  2. Ingredients: salt, sugar, soy sauce, black peppers, bay leaves, soy sauce and vinegar.

  3. Saute garlic and onion in oil pan.

  4. Add ingredients.

  5. Add chickens. Cooking temperate at low for twenty minutes. Let simmer.

Here's some photo. Again, sorry, no finish product of chicken adobo and rice...
