This Baker Makes Cake Popsicles from Leftover Cake Scraps

Have you ever seen a palette? These fabulous creations are from Raymon Tan, also known as Ray Ray, a local Melbourne. About three years ago, while studying for a master's degree in accounting, he took up the little pastime of the bakery. This year, he cooked his first cake and invited his closest friends and families to try his new skills. Ray Ray is best known for his unique cake designs and cakes, or what he likes to call them, Popsicles Cake. This idea came from him using remains of cakes and failed attempts with bad recipes. He says the ice paddles give him a slightly rougher canvas to play.

The cakes are available in a variety of flavors, from the classic black sesame butter to the white lotus spinach and the egg yolks with salt. Some of his favorite designs do inspire by architecture, mythical creatures, natural elements and even cartoon characters. Take a look through his amazing work below:
