Pumpkin Fries...

At next its Pumpkin time and i want to show you what you can do with em..

So heres my first Recipt, a really easy one ..

We all Love Fries but why only as French ones... heres my way for a very tasty Pumpkin ones

I used a Hokkaido Pumpkin to cut some Fries ;)

1/2 Pumpkin (Hokkaido), cut in fries
3 EL Sunflower oil
a bit Salt

Dont kick the Seeds you can use em... i will show it in a other Recipt how to use em...

preparation

Working time: approx. 5 min. / Cooking / baking time: approx. 25 min. / Difficulty: easy /

Cut the Hokkaido pumpkin unpeeled in 1 cm thick strips and spread on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with sunflower oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in the oven at 200 - 220 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.

A quark dip or guacamole or selfmade ketchup can be used.
