Quarantine Cooking - Senegalese Stew - Honolulu Hawaii

During quarantine, I'm creating beef stews of the world and today I made a Senegalese stew called mafé. Its main ingredients that's different from the other ones I've made are peanuts and thyme. It was really good and very very hearty. :)
