Ingredients
3 pounds chicken breast stripes (thawed)
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tea spoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic pepper
1 cup butter milk
2 eggs
Olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ baking soda
Method
Mix and whisk flour, garlic pepper, paprika and sugar in a baking pan
In a separate bowl; mix and whisk butter milk, baking powder, eggs, and baking soda till soft
Dip individual chicken strip into butter milk mixture and shake off excess (should be evenly spread)
Roll stripes in the flour mixture and then dip into butter milk and butter mixtures again (for additional coating
Place the stripes in baking pan and sprinkle with olive oil
Bake till golden (50-58 minutes)
