Gullash Segedini: A famous dish because of which everyone loves Hungary!

The traditional food for which Hungarians are very proud and who is the first in the list of those who cook for their guests from different countries.

Unfortunately, most of them are remembered only as food that they had eaten from the cannery in the nineties of the last century, but the Hungarian gullas is precisely the culinary specialty for which all of Hungary is proud of!

Ingredients:

▪ one 1.2 kg chicken.
▪ 500 g of tomatoes
▪ 2 carrots
▪ 350 g of onion
▪ 200 g potatoes
▪ oil
▪ salt
▪ red pepper, dill, cumin, black pepper

Preparation:

Grind the crushed shred in hot oil and add the carrots cut into circles. Then mix two tablespoons of red pepper and chicken breast pieces and fry.

Shoot salt and pepper according to taste and shoot a liter of water. Let him be caught in low fire about half an hour.

Then add finely ground potato, minced tomatoes and a little rubber.

Let it cook for about twenty minutes, when the gullashi becomes ready to serve.
