Italian Recipes #6 - Spaghetti oil, garlic and chili

today's recipe is one of the most typical and tasty of the italian cuisine... really easy and fast to cook.

INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti 300 gr
Garlic -
Oil -
chili pepper -

PREPARATION:

To prepare Spaghetti oil, garlic and chili pepper, choose a large garlic clove and gently press it with the knife blade of the plate. With this small operation it will be easier to remove the peel.

Peel the dough and chop it: you can use a practical cake, or crush it energetically with the knife blade and then finely chop it.

Open half a chilli, cut off the seeds and chop it.

Chop a piece of parsley. The chef suggests adding as a variant some marjoram leaves, which will give more aroma to aroma. Another variant: 2-3 grains of pepper beaten will make the flavor of the seasoning richer.

Combine cold in a large pan 50 g of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper and possibly pepper.

7-8 As soon as the oil begins to squeeze, combine crushed herbs and immediately afterwards 4-5 tablespoons of pasta baking water (350 g of spaghetti, already leavened) and a pinch of salt. Drain spaghetti to the tooth, fry them in the pan with seasoning and serve them immediately
