Italian Recipes #11 - Campofilone fettuccine with monkfish

do you like pasta??? ...I LOVE IT and if you are like me, have to try this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

Campofilone fettuccine 300 gr
Cherry tomatoes 300 gr
Monkfish 200 gr
Basil -
extra virgin olive oil -
salt

PREPARATION:

For the recipe of Campofilone fettuccine with anchovy, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them to washers. Cut off the frog's pulp. Bring a pot with 2 liters of water to a boil, then season it.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in frying pan, combine tomatoes and fry for 2 '; Take half. Combine the anchovy in the frying pan and cook it, always in focus, for 3-4 minutes. Pour into the boiling water the fettuccine and cook for 2 '.

Add to the fish in the pan the tomatoes kept aside and plenty of basil, salted and peppered. Drain the fettuccine, pour into the pan, stir and turn off.
