Since I started a small business by reselling some kinds of food,I also tried to make "Ice Candy" and the flavor I've made is "Cookies and cream".And then I also sell it for five pesos only☺☺☺So here's the ingredients of making my creamy Ice Candy.
INGREDIENTS:
- All purpose Cream
- Condensed Milk
- Powdered Milk
- Bingo Biscuit(chocolate) instead of Oreo
- sugar
- cornstarch
- water
- ice candy wrapper
PROCEDURE:
- Prepare five cups of water in a caserole
- Dissolve the cornstarch into the water in the pan.
- Once it dissolve cooked it in a low heat.
- Together with the All purpose cream an sugar.
- Whisk it thoroughly until it become fluppy
- Once the texture is fluppy it is done and transfer the cornstarch mixture in a bowl then let it cool.
- Once it cool,put the condensed milk and the bingo cookies.
- Pour it into the ice candy wrapper.
- Freeze overnight
- Ready to sell
I made forty pieces of it.So if I sell.it for five pesos my income will be two hundred pesos.It's not so bad at all.So for now I am hoping that they loved my ice candy.☺☺☺
And a moment later here's my neighbors bought five pieces of it.And then they taste it and said that it is so creamy and delicious.I smiled at them and ask really is it?So to confirm if what they are saying is true,I taste it myself and thanks God for it is really good.☺☺☺So what are you waiting for come and taste my cookies and cream ice candy.
