Turkey with Vegetables

Chop the turkey, season with curry and salt and fry in some olive oil until coloured. Chop onions and garlic and add. Fry briefly. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Cut the peppers into strips. Add green beans, kidney beans and corn and let stew a little. Then add the spices, water and stock.
Cook on a low heat until the vegetables have the desired "bite".
Season to taste.
