Wow! It's great to see you're getting into something that I have recently became interested in. I have started making and smoking sausages. So far I''ve made breakfast sausage (links and patties), Italian sausage, bratwurst, kielbasa, and my favorite; Hot Links using some of the Ghost Peppers You sent me.
