Kick Ass Hash Browns
I pkg of Simply potatoes plain hash browns or 20 oz of frozen hash browns thawed.
1/2 to 1 spanish onion chopped
1/2 to 3/4 8 oz bag of sharp chedder cheese
7 strips of peppered bacon fried crisp
1/2 to 1/3 jar of Hot green pepper
1 egg whipped
In a bowl whip egg, mix in green pepper, add chopped onion, add cheddar cheese, add potatoes, and add crumbled bacon.
Put bacon grease and extra lard in non stick skillet and fry mixture in flattened out patties
