Oatmeal pancakes with berry stuffing

No gram of extra calories, only natural products. Filling - berry with yoghurt or with low-fat sour cream.

eggs 1 pc.

skimmed milk
oat flakes

optional:

vanillin
cinnamon
sugar substitute for stevia

For filling:

berries (fruit)
yogurt

  1. Mix the raw chicken egg, skim milk, grinded with a coffee grinder or blender oat flakes. Add, if desired, vanilla or vanilla from the sachet, stevia and ground cinnamon.

2 The mass should be homogeneous, while liquid, as a dough for pancakes.

3 Bake pancakes on a low heat, in a frying pan with non-stick coating, without oil.

4 Separately mix berries or fruits with thick yogurt, mix pancakes and serve to the table.
