I went to Ichiran the ramen restaurant for lunch today.
I really love this Ichiran's thin noodles and light taste Tonkotsu soup.
今日のお昼は久しぶりに一蘭へ行きました。
この細麺とあっさり系のとんこつスープ大好きです。
This ramen is very similar to my favorite 'Nagahama Ramen'. It maybe a kind of Nagahama Ramen. I'm not sure.
ここのラーメンは、私が最も好きなラーメンである、「長浜ラーメン」に近いと思います。(ていうか、長浜ラーメンの一種なのかな？特徴がよく似ています。)
A little expencive for a Ramen. Compare to other standard Ramen in Japan. They usually costs only 500-800yen average. In short, this is a high class ramen.

Ichiran is expanding into New York, Hong Kong, Taiwan and is also popular abroad.
I am thinking that ramen culture is going to spread all over the world more and more in near future.
I crave for this Ichiran Ramen once in a while, so I am going to have it again soon.
一蘭は、アメリカのニューヨークや香港、台湾にも進出していて海外でも人気だそうですが、これから、ラーメン文化は更に世界中に広まっていきそうな気がしてます。
ここのラーメンは、たまに、無性に食べたくなるので、またそのうち食べに行きます。
