I usually don't take pictures of someone else's meal, but my better half ordered Pancake Tacos that looked simply amazing, and according to her, tasted just as good. This is one of the specials that the owner of CJ's, formerly known as the Lakeside Diner, added to their menu. I got to watch as she devoured this sweet treat loaded with fruit and dusted with powdered sugar. She added some maple syrup to top everything off. CJ's is located in Forked River, New Jersey, on Lacey Road. While my meal was good also, this new flavor brought to their menu was a welcome addition.
