How to make a perfect breakfast parfait in 3 minutes


Hey foodies!

Hope you're all doing great. Today I would like to share with you a recipe for my favourite breakfast at the moment.

Preparing this delicious parfait takes only 3 minutes and it requires only 4 ingredients.  You can also make it the night before and grab-n-go in the morning. Easy-peasy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup berries ( thawed if using frozen)
  • oats or granola
  • yogurt (coconut, greek, soy...)
  • peanut or almond butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash up the berries with a fork.
  2. Layer the yogurt, berries, oats and peanut or almond butter in a jar.
  3. Enjoy!
