Shik Barbecue Recipe

Recipe: Shik Barbecue

Materials:

2 lbs of beef, beef cut, cut short
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons ginger paste
1 teaspoon hot spices
1 teaspoon dried pepper powder
1 tablespoon chopped papaya
1/4 cup basin
1 table spoon of cake yogurt
According to salt, taste

1/2 cup of oil,
Bamboo or iron shack

Method:

  1. Add beef pieces by mixing all the ingredients together.
  2. Marinate for 2-6 hours.
  3. If you use bamboo sheets, soak it in water for about 15 minutes.
  4. Greill preheat Greil oil brush.
  5. Sew the meat.
  6. Save the marinated. Add the remaining oil to the marine.
  7. Grill medium high heat till 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Brush and mix the oil mixture frequently.
