"Lemang", a meal that is burned in bamboo

Lemang is a food that is generally made of sticky rice. But there are also lemang made from cassava. The way of making is quite unique, if other foods are made with fried or steamed, then lemang is burned inside the bamboo.

Lemang adalah makanan yang umumnya terbuat dari beras ketan. Namun ada juga lemang yang berbahan dasar dari ubi kayu. Cara pembuatannya cukup unik, jika makanan yang lain dibuat dengan digoreng atau dikukus, maka lemang dibakar didalam bambu.
