So this is a chocolate layered cake soaked with a bourbon simple syrup. Filled with a creamy peanut butter icing and ganache. Iced with dark chocolate Swiss Buttercream.
This was for a charitable event. It was donated to raise money for cancer victims. I don't remember, how much the cake got auctioned off for. But it was a big hit!
