From left to right:

+Madame coco wine (France) with Brillat Savarin cheese (France)
+Serra de Estrela wine (Spain) with Queso Mahon (Spain)
+Camporsino Chianti wine (Italy) with Berry Creek Riverine Blue cheese(Australia)
+Parker Estare Cabrnet Sauvignon wine(Australia) with Bella Vitano Raspberry cheese (USA)

My favourite was "Madame coco wine (France) with Brillat Savarin cheese (France)".

Brillat-Savarin is a soft, white-crusted cow's milk cheese anmed after a French gourmet and political figure Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. Very creeme and clean cheese with .

Madame Coco was a perfect elegant sparkling wine, with a delicate nose, fruit driven aromas, and a 'bready' complexity on the palate.

Just the perfect combination!

Oh and some prosciutto and marinated figs to accompany it.
