Mega oatmeal biscuit with chocolate chips, DELICIOUS.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped butter
1 cup white sugar or 2 tablespoons honey for hotcakes
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt (optional)
2 cups raw oats
2 cups (12 ounces) of semi-sweet chocolate chips, (white or dark chocolate, or combined). PREPARATION:
1- Beat the butter and sugar until well mixed, continue beating and add the eggs one at a time, add the vanilla.

2 - Apart the flour, baking powder and salt, add to the previous mixture, beat well until all ingredients are integrated, finally add the chocolate chips, and beat well until well blended into the mixture.

3 - Make balls with a soup spoon and put them in an ungreased pan, put them about 2 inches a ball of another, bake at 350 degrees F, for 11-12 minutes or until they are golden, in frie on grates.

4- Note: You can add the ingredients you like, such as nuts, or coconut, raisins, etc ...
