Good day to all my steemian friends. As an Overseas Filipino Worker or so-called OFW, saving money is one of the top priority in order for you to survive in abroad... one way of cost saving is doing this “baon” or packed meal for lunch as we work 8 hrs a day with lunch break.

Going back to healthy eating so I made a dish today!
Start with,
1 glove of garlic slice
1 Meduim size union slice
1 Medium size Tomato slice

Its up to you how many tablespoon you will add. After to minutes add the mix egg and mix it again and leave for 3 minutes.
