Already A Week I have not posted on Social Media Steemit, Today with God's Grace I want to share some unique pictures for some food and culinary lovers of the world.
This is a traditional Culinary coming from Aceh. We Acehnese really like the culinary heritage of our ancestors, how to make it very unique according to you is a special privilege.

Name of the Cuisine
in the Aceh language, it is called "Kuah Tuhe"

ingredients

1 Kg of glutinous rice
2 coconuts
1/5 kg of sugar
to taste salt
vanilla to taste
1 comb of plantain
1/5 jackfruit
2 pieces of pandan leaves.

Making way is:
First, Cook glutinous way: Steam soak for 1-4 hours. Then steam in the steamer. After the first 15 minutes remove the sticky rice then flush and stir in warm coconut milk mixed with salt (sticky and salt ratio 1: 1). Let stand briefly until coconut milk absorbs and steam again for 15 minutes.

Second, the coconuts are squeezed to become coconut milk
Third, Banana king split 2 and sliced lengthwise. Jackfruit cut along 2 x 6 cm

Fourth, Cook coconut milk with vanilla sugar and pandan leave. After boiling enter the banana and jackfruit pieces
