Sauteed Clams

At our place, freshwater clams can easily be found, in rivers and in swamps. In traditional markets at Keutapang Nisam, Northern Aceh, these clams in the selling price of 0.4 USD/kg. Its size varies from the size of a very large and most small rated at the same price.

I cook the clams with a very simple recipe, which is sauteed. The clams were delicious meal, with any recipe cooked it nonetheless tasty.

Here are the steps.

Wash clean and boiled so that the clams open, then take the meat.


Prepare materials.

Onion and garlic, sliced
green chili and red chili, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped.
Cooking oil


How to cook it.

Fry onions until fragrant
Enter the tomatoes, then continue chili
Then enter the clams meat
wait a few minutes until cooked


Ready to serve
