Cherry pie
Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry;
- 350 g of frozen cherries;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 1 egg.
Preparation
Take two sheets of dough and roll a little both. Pre-defrosted and dried cherries mixed with two tablespoons of sugar and starch. Distribute the cherry filling on one sheet of dough, leaving intact 2 cm from each edge. The second sheet of dough cover the cake and fasten the edges. Lubricate the cake with an egg whipped with a tablespoon of water, and make several notches on the top. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes, then let it rest for another 30 minutes and serve it to the table.
