Hello fellow steemians and friends! Good day!
This summer time, one of perfect delights are those that gives cooling effects to our body. These includes ice cream, halo-halo, fruit shakes, ice candies and etc..
Inspiration and idea came from my children telling me, mother why should you do not make some of ice candies? And thinking why not? Brilliant ideas children coz its also your favourite right! and suddenly smiles.
So by now, ive made my ice candy in gulaman jelly powder buko pandan flavored at a very affordable price. Coz lastweek ive made a mango flavored and it was sold out immediately by many children or even adult.
Ice candy making with gulaman jelly powder is just so easy, yet these are some of few directions.
1: measure 7-8 cups of drinking water in a pot.
2: add 1 sachet of gulaman jelly powder into the
water and stir continuously.
3: add for about a cup of sugar, dissolve it
thoroughly. Let it for about 5-10 minutes.
4: heat it with continuous stirring until the jelly
boil.
5: get the pot from heat, then pour in bowl to
form molds.
6: refrigerate inorder of fast molding.
7: crushed it into small cubes.
8: mix it with drinking water, depends on the
amount of jelly.
9: add sugar and condensed creamier to make it
sweet.
10: stir it, pour it on the ice candy plastic and
refrigerate.
It was really a lucky break for me because i have earn a little in my business. And perhaps it is helpful also for our daily consumption within my simple business. It really plays a big role in our everyday consumption because i can gain with my ice candy business.
